Overdrive ("we", "us") operates overdriveautomations.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Our audit and contact forms ask for:

• Your name and email address
• Your business website URL
• Approximate revenue band and team size
• A description of the problem you want help with

We do not collect anything else behind the scenes. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site trackers.

How we use it

Form submissions are sent by email to [email protected] and used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if we work together, delivering the service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts this site and provides its analytics. The analytics are cookieless and aggregate: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal profiles. Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses transiently to serve and secure the site.
• Resend delivers our form submission emails. Your form answers pass through Resend on the way to our inbox.
• Calendly handles call scheduling. If you book a call, the details you enter there are governed by Calendly's privacy policy.

Stored on your device

If you switch the site between light and dark mode, we save that preference in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and you can clear it any time from your browser settings.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business records, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), these rights may also be guaranteed to you by law; we honor them for everyone regardless.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
