Privacy Policy

Overdrive ("we", "us") operates overdriveautomations.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Our audit and contact forms ask for:

• Your name and email address
• Your business website URL
• Approximate revenue band and team size
• A description of the problem you want help with

Separately, we measure how visitors use the site with Microsoft Clarity, explained under Analytics and cookies below. This site runs no advertising trackers.

How we use it

Form submissions are sent by email to [email protected] and used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if we work together, delivering the service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps basic visit counts. Those counts are cookieless and aggregate: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal profiles. Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses transiently to serve and secure the site.
• Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use the site, as described below. What it collects is processed and stored by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Resend delivers our form submission emails. Your form answers pass through Resend on the way to our inbox.
• Calendly handles call scheduling. The booking calendar on the home page is embedded from Calendly, which may set its own cookies inside that calendar and shows its own consent notice where the law requires one. If you book a call, the details you enter there are governed by Calendly's privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through this site, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity records clicks, taps, scrolling and the pages you visit, along with general details like your browser, device type and country, and turns them into heatmaps and replays of visits. Anything you type into a form is hidden from those recordings, and so are the answers you give in our prototype request and on the leak quiz results.

By default Clarity uses no cookies, and each page you view is counted on its own. If you choose "Allow cookies" in the bar at the bottom of the page, Clarity sets two cookies on this site (_clck, kept up to a year, and _clsk, kept one day) that connect the pages of your visit, and Microsoft may set cookies of its own, such as MUID. We tell Clarity not to use any of this for advertising. We do not sell or share what Clarity collects.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "No thanks". You can change your choice at any time.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business records, and then deleted. Clarity keeps visit recordings for 30 days (longer only for the few we save to study) and its summary reports for up to 13 months.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), these rights may also be guaranteed to you by law; we honor them for everyone regardless.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
